1. Submission must be written and submitted by either an undergraduate or graduate student in a university or college within the Chicago area. ​​​

2. Submissions must center or relate to LGBTQ+ topics and/or themes.

3. Submission abstracts should not exceed 250 words.

4. Panel presenters should expect to present their work for 10-15 minutes on a panel of roughly 4 four people. To be respectful of your fellow presenters, please ensure that you do not exceed this time limit. 

5. Submission must not be previously submitted or published.

6. Applicants must submit entries through Eventbrite, selecting the ticket "Proposal Submission.” Please do not email submissions.
